What are the little things you don't want to forget?

When I am taking photos of my own kids, I am always thinking, what do I want to remember? What is their "phase" right now? What is their favorite toy? We used to have this tiny skeleton that my 6 year old loved - loved so much he named it Bob and brought its head into school for show and tell. Of course Bob has his own photo in our album.

When you reach out about family photos, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out. I want to you to tell me all the things! What is your relationship like with each kids? What makes them laugh? Do they have a favorite toy, ie: an ice cream scoop? That was my oldest's joy for months.

One magical thing about family photos in your home is the chance and deliberate inclusion of those little details. AND some will sneak up on you when you look at the photos later. I remember seeing my own family photos afterwards, and thinking, the photographer couldn't have even known when she shot this, what secrets she was including.

What little details are your favorite right now?
